You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the App

AppReviewer Preflight provides checklists and guidance based on publicly available App Store Review Guidelines. However:

• We do not guarantee that following our checklists will result in App Store approval
• Apple's review decisions are final and at their sole discretion
• Guidelines change frequently; always verify against the latest official Apple documentation
• The App is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional legal or compliance advice

You are solely responsible for:

• The content and compliance of your own applications
• Verifying that your app meets all current App Store Review Guidelines
• Keeping your checklist data and notes accurate and up to date
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the App

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. You can remove ads by purchasing the premium version through an in-app purchase.

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple's App Store payment system
• Subject to Apple's refund policies
• Non-transferable between Apple IDs

We reserve the right to change pricing or availability of in-app purchases at any time. Existing purchases will not be affected by price changes.

All content, design, code, and materials within the App are the intellectual property of AppReviewer Preflight and its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. The App Store Review Guidelines referenced in the App are the property of Apple Inc.

The App integrates with or links to third-party services including:

• Google AdMob — for advertising (free version)
• Apple App Store — for payments and distribution
• Apple Documentation — linked for guideline references

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• App Store rejection or delayed launch
• Loss of data or business opportunities

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
